By popular demand after a sold-out NYC Cabaret Debut in May, Proud Image Theatre Company will present the one-night-only return engagement of Jeffrey Vause in ALOHA OY! THE CABARET on Thursday December 22nd, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Don't Tell Mama.

A theater with echoes and voices from the past that will interpret the past of three characters who were once friends and lovers. Miguel, a washed-up middle-aged transvestite artist; Sara, a middle-aged actress struggling to remain relevant in her career; and Paulo, who abandoned a promising artistic career.

BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present the 13th Annual “A Swinging Birdland Christmas” – starring vocalists Klea Blackhurst, Jim Caruso, and Billy Stritch – for six performances from Tuesday, December 20 to Sunday, December 25 at 5:30 PM.

Playhouse Music Director, Mr. Christopher Leavy, will accompany on piano.

A salute to Max Woodward will take place at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. on Monday November 21, 2022 at 3:00PM. Woodward, who went to work at Kennedy Center the week it opened and retired after forty-five years as Vice-President of Theater Programming, died on October 14, 2022 in Washington, D.C.
