The stars align on March 8th, 2019 at Hollywood's Dolby theater for Still LAUGH-IN: The Stars Celebrate, a 50th anniversary tribute to Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In.  The series, which spanned from 1968-1973, won two Emmy Awards at the helm of its legendary director/producer George Schlatter, who will also be attendance as his groundbreaking series is honored throughout the night.

Comedy Central today announced talent and taping information for 12 new half-hour specials, 10 for Season 3 of its Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents... half-hour series and two under the Amy Schumer Presents banner.

Carolines on Broadway, New York City's premier comedy venue, presents its talented line-up for the month of December, highlighted by headliners Mo Amer, from his Netflix special 'The Vagabond,' December 1 and 2; Des Bishop, host of This Is Ireland, December 6- 8; Jay Pharoah, from NBC's Saturday Night Live, December 13 - 16; Melissa Villaseñor, from NBC'S Saturday Night Live, December 20 - 22; and Dave Attell, from his Netflix special Bumping Mics, December 27 - 30.

Variety says Judd Apatow, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Lilly Singh and Olga Kay (among other stars) will participate in a get-out-the-vote streaming comedy special dubbed 'Telethon for America.' The stream will go out on the evening of November 5th, one day before the Midterm elections.

Conan O'Brien will hit the road for the first time since 2010 when he begins his Team Coco Presents Conan & Friends: An Evening of Stand-Up and Investment Tips tour in Washington, D.C. on Friday, November 2. O'Brien will be joined by different groups of handpicked comics each night of the tour, bringing his unique comic sensibility and the voices of some of his favorite performers to venues all over the United States.

The Television Academy tonight presented the 2018 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Ceremonies on Saturday and Sunday night honoring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The Saturday ceremony, which kicked-off the 70th Emmys, awarded many talented artists and craftspeople in the categories of animation, scripted programming including comedy, drama and limited series. The Sunday ceremony honored performers, artists and craftspeople for excellence in variety, nonfiction or reality programming, reality competition programming, music, choreography, as well as documentary or nonfiction specials, informational series or specials.

Comedy Central today announced a multiplatform development deal with Anthony Jeselnik, the irreverent, iconoclastic comedian with whom the #1 brand in comedy previously collaborated for two seasons of The Jeselnik Offensive and his 2013 stand-up special, Caligula.

The Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis saw major ratings and viewership increases compared to the Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe in 2016, up 17% in total viewers and 21% among Adults 18-49 in first-day gross tallies. The Roast of Bruce Willisnabbed 3.2 million viewers for the evening across simulcasts and re-air, earned a 2.1 combined A18-49 rating, and was the #1 most social ad-supported cable entertainment program for the day. On Comedy Central alone, the Roast of Bruce Willis posted a 1.2 A18-49 rating, up +23% versus the Roast of Rob Lowe on Labor Day 2016. Love a little summer slander this time of year! Comedy Central, the #1 brand in comedy, announced today that Nikki Glaser, Anthony Jeselnik and Roastmaster General Jeff Ross will serve as judges for the third season of Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle, premiering on Tuesday, July 31 at 10:00 P.M.  A sneak peek of the third season premiere of #RoastBattle will debut immediately following the Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis on Sunday, July 29 at midnight. The series will also launch its official Roast Battlepodcast on Comedy Central's Global Podcast Network beginning on Monday, July 30.

CONAN Announces Guest Lineup for Week of Shows During Comic-Con International

Comedy Central announced today that it has ordered Stupid Questions with Chris Distefano, a weekly interstitial series created to intertwine Comedy Central's stand-up world premieres with its deep archive of classics during the network's stand-up heavy Friday nights. Stupid Questions premieres on Friday, June 1, with host Chris Distefano joined by guest Nikki Glaser. Glaser is host of You Up w/ Nikki Glaser on SiriusXM's Comedy Central Radio.

Turner's TBS and Conan O'Brien today announced an expanded partnership spanning television, digital, social and live events that will enable the late night icon to capitalize and interact with his multi-generational fan base across platforms. After 25 years on television and having amassed a deeply passionate and engaged fan base through the nightly show, travel specials, digital content, live events and fan interactions, Team Coco and TBS will take Conan's enduring brand of comedy to his fans wherever they are.
