60 Minutes aired a feature last night, November 25, on the new play To Kill a Mockingbird.

Playwright Aaron Sorkin recently sat down with cast members from To Kill A Mockingbird to talk about the play's resonance today.

Jeff Daniels, the award-winning actor chosen to play the lead role in the stage version of America's most loved novel, tells audiences to buckle-up for his performance as Atticus Finch.   Steve Kroft visits the set of 'To Kill a Mockingbird' to talk with the actors and the playwright about what audiences can expect in the stage version of a story held dearly in the hearts of generations. Beginning with its first preview tomorrow (Thursday, November 1), a limited number of balcony seats will be sold as rush tickets, priced at $29, to Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird, the new play by Aaron Sorkin, directed by Bartlett Sher, and starring Jeff Daniels as Atticus Finch. Rush tickets will be limited to 2 per person and will only be available at the Shubert Theatre box office (225 West 44 Street) beginning at 10am on the day of the performance.
