Nickelodeon and the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi delivered on their commitment to bring the leading kids' brand's slimiest, wildest show to the city to the delight of fans across the Middle East. During the weekend, the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards Abu Dhabi 2019 lit up the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. The night featured stunning performances and stunts, including a mash-up of hits by global superstar and event host, Jason Derulo, including his latest hit, Mamacita, the sliming of co-host Haifa Beseisso, and performances by Conor Maynard, Maritta and al-Waleed Hallani, Nora Fatehi and Fnaire, Dyler and Egyptian star Mohamed Hamaki. Kids' favorite artists and talent were crowned across 16 entertainment categories.

Breakout band Lawrence debuts the video for their song, “Casualty,” which was produced by rapper, singer and songwriter Jon Bellion. Of the video, Lawrence says, “For the 'Casualty' music video, we wanted to set up a fun live-action video game with an obstacle course that is timed to the massive musical hits that make up the song's foundation. A bunch of cool lights and paint balloons later, we had a pretty cool music video.”

Grammy-nominated country singer/songwriter Ty Herndon has released a new track, “Walking In Memphis.' The third single from his upcoming album, Got It Covered, the song was originally written and performed by Marc Cohn. 'I have been a huge fan of Marc Cohn and his writing for a long time,' writes Herndon. 'When choosing this particular song it was easy... I just love singing it! We simply put our own twist on it and rocked it out. This is a show favorite every time we play live. People love singing along. It is one of my favorite songs to sing live during the show. It really showcases my gospel roots.' The track is currently available to stream via The Boot.
