Deadline writes that newcomer Billie Lourd has signed on for FOX's upcoming horror-comedy anthology series SCREAM QUEENS, from Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, Ian Brennan and Dante Di Loreto, the executive producers of GLEE and 'American Horror Story.'
