HITCITY: TEMPTATIONS EDITION, a concert revue celebrating Motown's 60th anniversary, will present Broadway veterans at Queens Theatre before a nationwide tour.

HITCITY: TEMPTATIONS EDITION will premiere at Queens Theatre as a new concert series celebrating Motown. The production will feature Broadway performers interpreting songs by The Temptations and The Supremes.

Actor and singer Jalen Harris has announced the May 23rd release of his new high energy Latin single “Mi Dulce.” Produced by 2x GRAMMY winning recording engineer, mix engineer and producer Mack Woodward (Matt B, Usher, Fergie) this release is Jalen’s moment to highlight his Caribbean roots and showcase his ability to deliver cross-genre hits.

He is a former Simba actor for the Tony Award-winning and critically acclaimed Disney's The Lion King North American Broadway Tour and is recently wrapped starring as Eddie Kendricks of The Temptations in the renowned play Ain't Too Proud after a record breaking & award winning two plus year US run.

Following the story of The “Classic Five” Temptations, this 2017 musical brings to life the powerhouse group that we all know, love, and recognize. From their origination in Detroit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, we are taken through how they each met, their personal afflictions and everything in between that tore the group apart.

Classic Motown music and a riveting story make for a great evening of entertainment.

The Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Shubert Organization will present the first national tour of Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of the Temptations for the first time in Philadelphia. The Broadway smash hit musical will play at the Campus' Academy of Music January 3 - 21 as part of the 2023-24 Broadway series.

A surprisingly enjoyable jukebox musical featuring phenomenally-performed song-and-dance spectaculars (but with an awkwardly delivered story structure), this touring version of the 2019 Broadway musical about the founding of Motown's R&B supergroup The Temptations is a fun evening at the theater, especially for those looking for a nostalgic trip.

On September 12th, AIN’T TOO PROUD: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS presented by Broadway Across Canada premiered at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver. Playing a total of 6 shows with the last being on Sunday September 17th, the touring production of AIN’T TOO PROUD brought the energy, passion, and nostalgia to audiences this week.
