Constantine Maroulis made his Broadway debut in the Tony-nominated production of The Wedding Singer. He received a Tony nomination for his work leading the metal musical, Rock of Ages. He most recently starred in the dual title role of the 2013 Broadway revival and National Tour of Jekyll & Hyde, for which he received a second Drama League Award nomination.

Burrell and Collins will alternate as hostess as they entertain audiences from home with songs, stories, special cocktails, and maybe a surprise guest or two. 'I got to chat with Cyndi Lauper who was making her Broadway debut in Roundabout's production of The Threepenny Opera, than I dropped by the opening of the new production of Jacques Brel starring Robert Cuccioli, but it started off downtown at the now defunct Actors Playhouse to catch up with an icon I had always wanted to meet, T.V. and cult film star Adrianne Barbeau, who was starring as the legendary Judy Garland in a one woman show 'The Property Known as Garland' written by her husband Billy Van Sant.
Shelley L. Ackerman Performer and Astrologer Has Died

Shelley L. Ackerman, who began her career at age 17 as a comedic singer and waitress at the famed clubs The Improvisation and Catch A Rising Star, died on Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Manhattan. She passed peacefully this morning surrounded by family and friends. She was 66 years old. The cause of death was cancer related said her friend, publicist Merle Frimark. 'My Libra sister fought courageously for a long time,' Frimark said.
