THE NEW ONE Begins Run at the Ahmanson Oct. 23rd

Following its Drama Desk Award-winning Broadway debut, Mike Birbiglia brings his one-man comedy a?oeThe New Onea?? to Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre from October 23 through November 24. The opening is set for Friday, October 25.

THE BAND'S VISIT at DPAC On Sale October 10

DPAC has announced that THE BAND'S VISIT, one of the most Tony Award-winning musicals in history, will be coming to the Triangle from April 7 to April 12, 2020, as part of SunTrust Broadway's 2019 / 2020 Season. The tour of the critically acclaimed and 10-time Tony Award-winning production launched at the Providence Performing Arts Center on June 25, 2019 and continued on to play Washington, DC. THE BAND'S VISIT will play over 32 cities in its first season including Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA and Los Angeles, CA.

BEETLEJUICE Will Release a Cast Recording Later This Year

Beetlejuice, the new Broadway musical comedy, will record a cast album to be released later this year. The show officially opened at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) on Thursday, April 25. The album - produced by Matt Stine, Alex Timbers, Eddie Perfect, and Kurt Deutsch - will be recorded May 5, 6 and 13.
