Imogen Heap and Guy Sigsworth have teamed up again to release a Frou Frou track “Guitar Song (Live)” today via Linda Perry and Kerry Brown's label,We Are Hear. After amicably disbanding in 2004, Heap and Sigsworth reunited in 2018 to tour as Frou Frou in conjunction with the Mycelia World Tour. The beautiful acoustic ballad serves as a sensational reminder of the creative spark between the British electronic duo. On the new song, Heap's signature ethereal vocals curl around the strum of textured guitar melodies as she sings about an all consuming connection between two friends who are destined to be lovers.

Fifty years after the moon landing, Grammy-winning composer and conductor Eric Whitacre will present a powerful new piece of music set to never-before-seen images from the Hubble Space Telescope's greatest discovery, the iconic Deep Field image, on Saturday, May 18th as part of the Vibrations series in the Event Gallery at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the nonprofit cultural center located at the historic site of the 1969 Woodstock festival.

Globally renowned tech innovator and multi-GRAMMY award-winning recording artist Imogen Heap will release new music next Friday, April 19 on Linda Perry and Kerry Brown's label, We Are Hear. This signing announcement comes just ahead of a panel with Linda Perry at Berklee College of Music this Thursday, April 11 where the two industry innovators will discuss the work they are doing and community power needed to propel positive advancements for creators. Heap and Perry spoke with WBUR, Boston's NPR affiliate offering more insight on their work and this week's event.  

Grammy Winner Eric Whitacre Comes to Carnegie Hall

Known for his virtual choir YouTube videos and as one of today's most established choral composers, Eric Whitacre returns to Carnegie Hall as part of Distinguished Concert International New York's (DCINY) concert series. Featuring Kelly Yu-Chien Lin on piano, Whitacre conducts the Distinguished Concert Singers in a variety of his most celebrated compositions. Boston Calling Shares New Details About Arena Stage

Boston Calling, celebrating its 10th edition this year on Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 - 26, and headlined by Twenty One Pilots (Friday), Tame Impala (Saturday), and Travis Scott (Sunday), reveals more exciting details about the bevy of artists set to take over the festival's Arena stage. Fans will be treated to one-of-a-kind performances from Boston Ballet, one of the most iconic dance companies in the world. In addition, all-star comedians Fred Armisen, Jenny Slate, and Michael Chewill headline the Arena stage. At night, fans can enjoy performances from hip-hop artists and DJs including electronic artist and rising star Yaeji; female rappers Princess Nokiaand Dessa; and DJ sets from internationally known electro-funk duo Chromeo, and hip-hop electro sensation Naeem. Please find further details below.

Boston Calling, celebrating its 10th edition this year, announced its day-to-day lineup today with Single Day tickets going on sale this Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 10:00AM EST. The acclaimed music festival, taking place this Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 – 26, 2019, at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, MA, will deliver more than 55 performances across its four stages. Alt-rock superstars Twenty One Pilots will headline Boston Calling on Friday, May 24; Australian rockers Tame Impala will lead the bill on Saturday, May 25, and hip-hop phenom and recently announced Super Bowl LIII halftime performer Travis Scott will close out Boston Calling on Sunday, May 26. Celebrating its 10th edition this year, Boston Calling unveils a lineup of epic proportions - from music to comedy to dance. The internationally acclaimed and locally grown music festival takes place Memorial Day weekend, May 24 - 26, 2019 at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, MA (65 North Harvard Street, Boston). Headlined by Twenty One Pilots, Travis Scott, and Tame Impala, Boston Calling 2019 will present more than 55 performances from musicians, bands, and comedians across its four stages. This year, the festival's indoor arena will also showcase an all-star lineup of comedy, headlined by Michael Che, Jenny Slate, and Fred Armisen. Overall, the lineup boasts seven 2019 Grammy nominees including Anderson .Paak, Janelle Monae, and Brandi Carlile, who is nominated for six awards. In a unique collaboration, the festival will also bring Boston Ballet, one of the world's most renowned dance companies, to the festival.

HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD Launches Digital Lottery For Australian Production

From this Friday 11 January the Australian premiere production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will begin releasing 40 tickets for every performance of the play for $40 per part. These tickets are known as the "Friday Forty" and are for some of the best seats in the theatre. They will be released each Friday for the following week's performances. Entries for the first Friday Forty are now open and close at 1:00PM AEDT on Friday 11 January.
