Lost Souls, a ballet in three acts, will premiere at the Moniuszko Auditorium Nov. 16, 2019.

The little OPERA theatre of ny will present a FREE concert of scenes from American operas in collaboration with Bronx Opera and operamission. The concert will showcase the diversity of music and stories written for the opera stage by both native born and immigrant composers and librettists. The concert will take place outdoors on Governors Island in Nolan Park, in front of building 25. The performance is at 5pm and is FREE to the public. (Rain date: Sunday, June 23 at 4pm.)

Today, the Orpheum Theatre Group announced the lineup for the 2019-2020 On Stage at the Halloran Centre series. In addition to the 12-part Music Series and 3-part Theatre Series, the On Stage season will introduce two new series - the Songwriters Series and The Orchestra Unplugged symphony series. Award-winning choreographer and performer SEETA PATEL has re-imagined the iconic ballet, The Rite of Spring in the powerful classical Indian dance style, Bharatanatyam. With a cast of six outstanding performers, the show comes to the Place in London for two nights - May 17th and 18th - as part of a UK tour.

This play contains two pieces: Card Game and The Rite of Spring. Both are amazing, both are composed by Igor Stravinsky and both were not understood during its premieres.
