This summer the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) is set to be transformed into a magician's playground when seven of the greatest magicians on the planet come together on the Concert Hall stage in The Illusionists, from January 18, 2013. Tickets go on sale September 24th.

Magicians will descend upon Adelaide audiences for the first time at the Adelaide Festival Centre with The Illusionists exploding onto the Festival Theatre stage in a spectacular opening on New Year's Eve (31 December 2012) and running until 12 January 2013.

House Company Member and award-winning magician, Dennis Watkins, has joined the cast and is set to perform Houdini's most renowned and dangerous escape-the dreaded Water Torture Cell-in this dark and tumultuous story guaranteed to keep audiences on the edge of their seats. DEATH and HARRY HOUDINI plays in the intimate Carnival Studio Theater (Ziff Ballet Opera House) from April 26 - May 20, 2012.
