Yesterday when the front of house for SEA WALL / A LIFE went up at the Hudson Theatre, the play's stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge dropped by to check out their brand-new marquee!

As previously announced, Sea Wall / A Life, which recently played to sold-out audiences at The Public Theater, will open on Broadway this summer. Now, stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge are asking fans to share their experiences at the show downtown in advance of it coming to Broadway.
According to the New York Times, Sea Wall / A LIFE, written by Simon Stephens and Nick Payne respectively and directed by Carrie Cracknell, will transfer to Broadway next season. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge, it will begin performances on July 26 and will open on August 8. The limited engagement will conclude on September 29.

Three of the UK's most exciting young actors - Luke Thallon, Matthew Needham and Isabella Laughland - will appear in Kate Hewitt's new production of Mike Bartlett's COCK, which will play in the round at Chichester's Minerva Theatre from 28 September - 27 October. They will be joined by Simon Chandler, whose most recent Chichester appearance was in Festival 2017's The Stepmother. This will be the first revival of Bartlett's Olivier Award-winning play since its 2009 premiere at the Royal Court.
