DAVE’S EDINBURGH COMEDY AWARDS will return at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this year.  After a two-year worldwide hiatus, the renowned Dave’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards are back celebrating 40 years of awarding comedy excellence, reflecting the rich heritage of comedy talent recognised and its status as a springboard for comedians who have gone on to become household names at home and abroad. 

Chester Literature Festival returns to Storyhouse this autumn and the first names taking part in this year's event have now been revealed. 

Inspīr Carnegie Hill will  present the award-winning one woman show BIG DUMMY, written & performed by comedian Mary Dimino, winner of a United Solo of Theatre Row award this Saturday June 25th at 8pm.

She joins an esteemed lineup of returning judges including platinum-selling recording artist, three-time Emmy®-winning producer and judge of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” Michelle Visage; multi-Emmy and GRAMMY® nominee Vanessa Williams; and American drag superstar Trixie Mattel. Five-time BAFTA TV Award winner Graham Norton will also return as host.
