Capital Concerts continues a beloved tradition today with the NATIONAL MEMORIAL DAY CONCERT on PBS, hosted by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantegna and Emmy Award-winning actor and humanitarian Gary Sinise with all-star performances and tributes from Washington, D.C. and around the country honoring all of our American heroes. This year's celebration also features performances from Broadway veterans Sara Bareilles and Brian d'Arcy James.

Sarah Dash, the award-winning vocalist, songwriter, motivational speaker, educator, entrepreneur, humanitarian and co-founder of Patti Labelle & the Bluebelles has been nominated for induction into the New Jersey Hall of Fame Class of 2021.

Feinstein's/54 Below has announced additional shows for its reopening months.

The San Diego Symphony announced its inaugural season of concerts at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, the new year-round outdoor venue with 360-degree views of downtown, the marina & the bay. Opening August 6-8, the season will offer more than 40 concerts between August and November 2021, including eight concerts led by Music Director Rafael Payare.

Times Square Arts has announced the new Summer Season of Midnight Moment, featuring video artworks by Kenneth Tam, Brandon Kazen-Maddox & Up Until Now Collective, and Jennifer West. Midnight Moment is the largest, longest-running digital art exhibition, synchronized on electronic billboards throughout Times Square nightly from 11:57pm to midnight.

All Motown, the new live Las Vegas production show, has announced its All Motown: Sunset limited performance series for Memorial Day Weekend 2021 as an outdoor, rooftop show with one of Las Vegas' most spectacular city views at sunset.

Bard SummerScape will celebrate the uplifting spirit of Black music with Black Roots Summer, presented in association with Electric Root and organized and led by the rousing vocalist, bandleader, cultural commentator, and anti-racism educator Michael Mwenso and his longtime collaborator Jono Gasparro, former curator of Ginny’s Supper Club in Harlem.

Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe is thrilled to continue its “Light Up the Night!” open-air concert series with “Sistas in the Name of Soul.” This celebration of the female soul and R&B artists of the '70s (and some from the late '60s) will run from Saturday, May 8 through Sunday, June 6.
