Taking a night off from musical theater, Broadway favorite Farah Alvin twists and shouts with a grateful audience as she rocks out to some 70's classics in FARAH ALVIN ON VINYL.

From Peter Pan to Gypsy Rose Lee, explore the depiction of children in Broadway musicals like Matilda, Peter Pan, Falsettos, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, School of Rock, Charlie Brown and Gypsy. The mixed cast of adults and children includes Farah Alvin (It Shoulda Been You), Kennedy Kanagawa, Graham Stevens, Brandi Porter, Benjamin Barham-Wiese, Devin Trey Campbell (Kinky Boots), Brandon Chosed, Charlotte MacLeod and Lauren Park. Directed by Devanand Janki; music directed by Yan Li.

Due to popular demand, The York Theatre Company has announced a second extension of the return engagement of the hit Off-Broadway musical Enter Laughing.

The Town Hall presents Broadway By The Year©: Broadway Musicals of 1987 and 2015 on Monday, June 17 at 8pm. Created, written, hosted and directed by Scott Siegel for The Town Hall, the evening will conclude Broadway By The Year©'s 19th season at The Town Hall (123 W. 43rd Street).

Though the 1976 musical SO LONG, 174th STREET didn't even last a fortnight on Broadway, it wouldn't be surprising to see the York Theater Company's completely delightful revised version, ENTER LAUGHING, THE MUSICAL, return the Joseph Stein/Stan Daniels effort to the main stem someday, especially if director/adaptor Stuart Ross' slam-bang mounting keeps getting a little snazzier and a little funnier every time they bring it back.
