Broadway LeAps Onstage, a concert to benefit LeAp (Learning through an Expanded Arts Program) OnStage, will be held tonight, November 13th at 8pm at the Davenport Theatre. The event, raising funds and awareness of theatre arts education in underprivileged schools in New York, will feature a wide range of composers and performers. Newsies stars Ben Fankhauser and Andrew Keenan-Bolger are among the lineup.

Broadway LeAps Onstage, a concert to benefit LeAp (Learning through an Expanded Arts Program) OnStage, will be held Thursday, November 13th at 8pm at the Davenport Theatre. The event, raising funds and awareness of theatre arts education in underprivileged schools in New York, will feature composers and performers such as Scott Alan ('Anything Worth Holding on To'), Drew Gasparini (Crazy, Just Like Me), Anna Bergman (Lincoln Center's American Songbook), and Jessica Vosk (The Bridges of Madison County).

RSO at the Beechman, featuring actors from Bridges of Madison County, Chaplin, and Jasper in Deadland, will be presented today, November 7th at 7 and 9:30 pm. The night will feature songs from the award winning composer's many shows, including 35mm, Jasper in Deadland, and We Foxes.

The cast and creative team of the hit Off-Broadway musical Murder for Two have teamed up with some of New York's brightest up and coming composers and BroadwayWorld.com every Monday night for their spring concert series, Murderous Musical Mondays. Composer Ryan Scott Oliver launched the series last night, March 24th, 2014, immediately following the 7pm performance of Murder for Two at New World Stages (Stage 5 - 340 West 50th Street). Lysistrata Jones gets back in the game! This time at Pace University. A modern retelling of Aristophanes's 411 B.C. comedy, Lysistrata, Lysistrata Jones tells the story of a group of college cheerleaders refusing to "give it up" until their boyfriends win a basketball game. Penned by Tony Award Nominee Douglas Carter Beane (Cinderella, The Little Dog Laughed, Sister Act, As Bees in Honey Drown) with music and lyrics by Lewis Flinn, this pop musical is presented by PACE University's BFA Musical Theater Program headed by Amy Rogers. The show runs through November 17th at the Schimmel Theatre at Pace University.
