Hennepin Theatre Trust announced that The Music of Cream will visit the historic Pantages Theatre (710 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis) on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. Cream was a chemical explosion like no other, the blueprint for every super group to follow and the heavy blues precursor to Hendrix, Zeppelin and many more.
Throughout the show, the world-renowned musician treats fans to an array of greatest hits spanning his illustrious career, including “Roxanne,” “Message In A Bottle,” “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic,” “Every Breath You Take” and several other fan favorites, plus new songs from his latest album, The Bridge.
Dawes and Bahamas have announced a special co-headline tour. “An Evening with Dawes and Bahamas” will see them performing together for two unique live sets, with Dawes backing Bahamas and Bahamas joining Dawes for a collaborative performance. The tour begins September 7 at Knoxville, TN’s Bijou Theatre and then travels the US through the month.

Since settling in New York City in the fall of 1998, he has recorded or performed with Wynton Marsalis, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews and Sting, among others, and contributed to over 100 albums.
