New autumn season of plays in Covent Garden to run alongside the Donmar Shakespeare Trilogy at King's Cross.

The Jamie Lloyd Company's first production of 2016 is the full-throttle UK premiere of a contemporary adaptation of Jean Genet's masterpiece, THE MAIDS - not seen in the West End for 20 years. Director Jamie Lloyd has assembled a powerhouse trio of actors, including double Emmy Award-winning Uzo Aduba (Orange is the New Black), Zawe Ashton (Fresh Meat) and Laura Carmichael (Downton Abbey), to tackle this explosive psycho-drama. National Theatre Live's 2013 broadcast of the Donmar Warehouse's production of Coriolanus returns to select cinemas in HD by popular demand. AAA Northeast at The Playhouse: Live in HD Series will present Shakespeare's searing tragedy of political manipulation and revenge on Friday, January 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The Ruling Class starring James McAvoy sees Peter Barnes' production being revived by Jamie Lloyd for the first time since it played the West End in 1969. Peter O'Toole starred in the 1972 film version, but Barnes' black-comedy from 1968 has once again been brought to the London theatre scene by Lloyd as the crux of the story is still relevant today and is being performed as part of his ongoing Trafalgar Transformed season at the Trafalgar Studios.

The Donmar Warehouse production of Shakespeare's CORIOLANUS, with a cast including Tom Hiddleston and Mark Gatiss will be broadcast by National Theatre Live to Middlebury's Town Hall Theater on Thursday, January 30 at 7 pm.

Directed by Lindsay Posner, Rattigan's compelling play is based on the true story of a father's fight to clear his son's name when he is expelled from Naval College after being convicted of theft.First staged in 1946, The Winslow Boy portrays the battle between personal principles and conscience and an impenetrable establishment under the media.

CANVAS, directed by Angus Jackson, plays tonight, 18 May- 16 June at the Minerva Theatre, Chichester.

Josie Rourke's production of William Shakespeare's timeless comedy Much Ado About Nothing starring David Tennant and Catherine Tate will complete its run at the Wyndham's Theatre on 3 September 2011, as previously scheduled. Breaking all Wyndham's Box Office records, Much Ado About Nothing has sold out its entire run and recouped within a few weeks of opening.
