The Tank Announces Initial Programming in Honor of Pride Month 2020

The Tank has announced a full slate of programming for its annual PrideFest. Every year in June, The Tank opens its stages to a wide variety of performances and discussions surrounding the topics of sexuality, gender, equality, old battles and new ways of fighting them.

Directed by Tony Award nominee, two-time Obie Award winner and NYTW Usual Suspect Leigh Silverman (Violet), Hurricane Diane will play for a limited run through Sunday, March 10, 2019.

Salty Brine announces a new cabaret-theater hybrid, You'll Never Get to Heaven, as the latest installment in his series, The Living Record Collection. You'll Never Get to Heaven is inspired by Laura Nyro's Eli and the Thirteenth Confession. The show will perform at Pangea (178 2nd Avenue) on November 29 and December 13. Doors will open at 6:00pm with shows beginning at 7:00pm on both dates.

After several exciting and successful shows in the fall of 2017 (Only You, A Queer Cabaret; Love: A How (Not) To Guide; and No Way To Say Goodbye by artists Donnie and Rebecca Cianciotto, Jen Anaya and Deepali Gupta) The Tank (Meghan Finn and Rosalind Grush, Artistic Directors) is launching a full season of monthly cabaret events for 2018!
