Nora Hahn stars as Ann, and with her ability to play to the audience in such an intimate way yet still have the gravitas of a bold politician, Hahn was clearly the right choice.

The Garden Theatre, one of Houston's newest theatre companies, has announced its plans to bring Robert Harling's beloved play, Steel Magnolias, to life at MATCH. Featuring the well-known story of family and resilience, the production will run April 21-30, 2023 at Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston (3400 Main St.) in the heart of midtown.

Theatre Southwest has announced its cast and creative team for Silent Sky, written by Lauren Gunderson.

Set in a re-imagined 11th Century Scotland right after an unsuccessful uprising against King Duncan, the titular character, Macbeth, finds herself in the company of three spirits who prophesy that she shall be King hereafter. Will she allow fate to take its course in its own due time, or will she act on the visions and force it into reality?

Shakespeare Troupe of South Florida to presen tTwelfth Night in Boca Raton & Delray Beach August 14th & 15th. One of William Shakespeare’s most popular plays, Twelfth Night is a romantic comedy of love and ambition.

The Guild of Music Supervisors held its landmark 10th annual award ceremony this evening at The Wiltern in Los Angeles celebrating outstanding achievement in the craft of Music Supervision in movies, television, games, advertising, and trailers. Over 1,000 attendees joined the Guild to honor the 31 crafts makers, who were recognized for their stellar musical accomplishments in 2019. Industry music legends Burt Bacharach and Bob Hunka crowned the evening as Bacharach received this year's Icon Award, and Hunka received the prestigious Legacy Award. The complete winners list for the 10thAnnual Guild of Music Supervisors Awards is listed below.

Crowning the evening will be this year's Icon Award honoree composer and lyricist Burt Bacharach. Bacharach will join industry legend Bob Hunka who will receive the organization's prestigious Legacy Award. Bacharach and Hunka will receive their honors at the 10th Annual Guild of Music Supervisors Awards taking place on Wednesday, February 6th at The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles.

Capturing audiences of all ages from start to finish, the production will run from December 14th through January13th at the popular Coral Gables theatre.

The common themes seem to be 4am, animals and their instincts, an obsession with INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM, and lots of introspective angst about miscommunication.
