Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) and Kate Maguire (Artistic Director, CEO) have announced casting for two of its summer 2023 shows: Million Dollar Quartet, a three-time Tony Award–nominated once-in-a-lifetime musical evening back by popular demand with some of the same cast as 2017 and Photograph 51, an intriguing portrait of the race to discover the mysteries of the DNA double helix.

Between 1966 and 1970, the American artist Barnett Newman painted a series of four large scale paintings titled Who’s Afraid of Red, Yellow and Blue. That painting series’ title was a reference to Edward Albee’s 1960’s play, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, which was in itself a reference to 'Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?'

Brand new fringe theatre company, the Saturni Theatre Troupe, debuts with their inaugural production of The Zoo Story, by Edward Albee. Isolated and marginalized for his homosexuality, Jerry violently strains against the conventional world to make a connection with Peter, a mild-mannered bookworm. Alienated by Peter's own prejudice, Jerry must break the boundaries between them by transforming an act of violence into an act of love.
