Educational Theatre Foundation Welcomes Two New Board Members

The Educational Theatre Foundation will welcome two new members to its national board of trustees for the 2022-2024 term, adding to the existing pool of prominent leaders from a diverse range of industries including entertainment, finance, hospitality, law, education, and nonprofit theatre, all with a common passion for theatre education. 

DanceAfrica 2021 Celebration Continues Through Memorial Day Weekend

BAM's DanceAfrica will continue its celebration with special Memorial Day weekend programs, including A Return: Liberation as Power (May 24—31), featuring six Haitian visual artists’ meditation on liberation; a special “for teens by teens” event Haiti In Full Scope—exploring the history, art, and culture of Haiti, and more.

Naudline Pierre Now Represented By James Cohan

James Cohan welcomes New York-based artist Naudline Pierre to the gallery.  Pierre is known for her paintings that draw from fantasy and iconography to conjure alternate worlds. Swirling with jewel-toned texture, her works center ecstasy, devotion, and tenderness in epic scenes that generate space for rescue and healing.

Baryshnikov Arts Center will present the first installment of its 2021 digital spring season beginning on Monday, February 1 at 5pm ET. BRIC Announces Programming for Upcoming Exhibition Latinx Abstract
