The Kansas City Broadway Series has announced the Tony Award-winning Broadway Musical Tootsie. The first national tour of Tootsie will kick off the KANSAS CITY BROADWAY SERIES from November 23–28, 2021 at Music Hall. 

Disney Theatrical Productions and Broadway In Detroit announced today that tickets for the long-awaited return engagement of Disney’s The Lion King will go on sale to the public on Friday, October 22, 2021.

The full cast has been announced for the UK and Ireland tour of the landmark musical THE LION KING, including a first look at their new Simba played by Stephenson Ardern-Sodje.

TOOTSIE, the hilarious Tony Award-winning musical, is coming to the Fox Theatre in Atlanta for a limited one-week engagement from Jan. 25-30, 2022. To celebrate Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta’s 40th anniversary season, a select number of $40 tickets will be sold for each performance.

Casting has been announced for the return of the North American tour of the critically-acclaimed Broadway production of ANASTASIA. The ANASTASIA tour will launch in Connecticut (the Palace Theatre in Waterbury October 19-21, 2021 and the Shubert Theatre in New Haven October 22-24, 2021) and will go on to play over 40 cities this season. 

Single tickets are now on sale for the new Broadway musical, Paradise Square. The first new musical announced for Broadway since the industry-wide shut down, Paradise Square begins previews February 22, 2022 at Broadway’s Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street), where it opens March 20, 2022.

The tour of the Tony Award-nominated Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof is coming to Overture Center for the Arts on Tuesday, Nov. 16 through Sunday, Nov. 21. Individual tickets go on sale today, Friday, Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. Get your tickets at overture.org or in-person at the ticket office.

In a Broadway first, The Lion King will exclusively partner with TikTok to stream the production’s iconic opening number, “Circle Of Life,” on September 14 in celebration of the hit show’s return to the stage, 18 months after the shutdown of Broadway.
