The Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Shubert Organization will present the first national tour of Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of the Temptations for the first time in Philadelphia. The Broadway smash hit musical will play at the Campus' Academy of Music January 3 - 21 as part of the 2023-24 Broadway series.

The West End premiere of the smash-hit, Tony Award-winning Broadway musical has now extended booking until 7 January 2024 at the Prince Edward Theatre, with the Christmas performance schedule now on sale.
Ain’t Too Proud is a 2018 Jukebox Musical with original music and lyrics by the Temptations and a book written by Dominique Morisseau. It opened on Broadway at the Imperial Theatre in March of 2019.
The Ain’t Too Proud gala performance took place last night, Thursday 20 April at the Prince Edward Theatre. Guests included Hugh Grant, Sir Bob Geldof, Pete Townshend, Adrian Lester, Beverley Knight, Pearl Mackie and Su Pollard. Check out photos here!

This sensational production, brilliantly directed by Des McAnuff and choreographed by Sergio Trujillo (the same dynamite duo who also brought you JERSEY BOYS), expertly tells the story of The Temptations through the eyes of its only remaining member, Otis Williams, from the early beginnings and struggles to the present day. Featuring a brilliant mix of their smashing Motown hits, each song is cleverly woven into the storyline to create smooth and flawless transitions throughout their extraordinary journey.
