Jazz Trio David O'Connor (guitar), Deirdre Frost (double bass) and Pat Lynch (drums) feature at this month's Coughlan's Guinness Jazz Club. This will act as an opportunity for the trio to showcase their jazz sensibilities before returning to the Cork Opera House pit where they bring their skill and talent each Christmas, working together as a versatile rhythm section as part of the Cork Opera House Panto band performing Peter Pan.

The second act of the Northland Performing Arts Center & Vaud-Villities Production of KISS ME KATE opens with Cole Porter's classic 'Too Darn Hot.' It turned out to be a fitting anthem for the evening production. The temperatures hit in the high 80s-90s mark on the thermometer and the performance of the 22-member cast made the shirts of the audience sit to the back of their chairs.

The global smash hit musical MAMMA MIA! at London's Novello Theatre is now extending its booking period from Monday 9 March 2020 to Saturday 19 September 2020. MAMMA MIA! celebrated its 20th anniversary in London's West End at the Novello Theatre on Saturday 6 April 2019 and is now in its 21st year.

The manic physical shtick is perfectly delivered and both director and cast have hit the mark. This is not easy to achieve particularly within a static set but it is so well delivered that we were mesmerised and fully into all the goings-on. The laughs were hearty and came in the right places and the more I noticed each character's actions the more I laughed.
