The New York Pops announces the appointment of Donnovan Andrews, founder of HumanWorks, and Anthony V. Thompson, Financial Advisor and Principal at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, to its Board of Directors, in addition to its appointment of current Board member John Gardner as Treasurer of the orchestra's Board. Gardner, currently Entrepreneur in Residence at Acrew Capital, has been on the Board since 2014.

Logical Content Ventures, Logical Pictures’ co-production fund, will finance the development of the films, which will focus on genres in the horror, thriller and sci-fi universe. Logical also secured a first-look agreement to finance and produce. The slate will span multiple projects, with XYZ Films set to produce and handle sales.

For issue #5, here's a speed interview with artist Tim Doyle of Nakatomi, Inc. Nakatomi, Inc, established in 2009, is a 'a full-service Silkscreen print shop, and Music/Pop art collective'.
