Walnut Street Theatre (WST) continues its 211th season with the hilarious Broadway hit, SHREK THE MUSICAL. Directed by Glenn Casale and choreographed by Robbie Roby, the production begins previews on November 5, opens November 13, and continues through January 5 on the Walnut's Mainstage.

With shows such as Lynn Nottage's Sweat, Sarah Ruhl's How to Transcend a Happy Marriage, and the NJ premiere of Joshua Harmon's Significant Other, the Black Box Performing Arts Center made a name for itself in Teaneck as the area's premiere destination for immersive and cutting-edge plays. Australia's leading theatre producer John Frost today announced the full adult cast of the lavish and fun multi-million dollar musical comedy SHREK THE MUSICAL, which opens in Australia next year. SHREK THE MUSICAL will play at the Sydney Lyric Theatre, The Star from 1 January 2020, followed by seasons at Her Majesty's Theatre, Melbourne from 16 February and at the Lyric Theatre, Brisbane from 9 May.

Opening November 1st, An Other Theater Company will be presenting John Patrick Shanley's Doubt: A Parable. In this electric, award-winning play, Catholic nun Sister Aloysius suspects that the charismatic Father Flynn may be taking advantage of a student, and she begins a journey to uncover the truth. But the system is designed to protect Father Flynn, and without hard evidence, how can anyone be sure of his innocence? How can the truth be found between competing feelings of faith and doubt? 

Tacoma Little Theatre's Off the Shelf program presents David Lindsay-Abaire's crazy comedy, Fuddy Meers, directed by Suzy Willhoft and featuring some of the Pacific Northwest's finest actors. This production will play Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 7:30pm.

Tickets for the Brisbane season of the lavish and fun multi-million dollar musical comedy SHREK THE MUSICAL will go on sale this Friday, 27 September.
