New Orleans rock/blues sensation Eric Johanson returns to the U.S. after the latest of 25 highly acclaimed European shows so far in 2024 to resume his “Don’t Hold Back Tour,” supporting his chart-topping album, The Deep and the Dirty.

Award-winning Blues guitarist Tab Benoit is set to release I Hear Thunder, his first album in fourteen years. To complement the release, Anders Osborne will join Tab onstage when the I Hear Thunder national tour winds across the country, kicking off on July 10th in Raleigh, NC.

Tree Adams has announced his latest work, “ELEMENTS 4” is out now and available everywhere you stream music.

His credits range from the epic, and fan loved sci-fi score for Jason Rothenberg's 'The 100' to more contemporary scores for popular series like Belushi, Legends, NCIS New Orleans and NCIS Hawai'i, Lethal Weapon, Redemption Road, Californication or Swelter to name a few.

Zito recorded the new album in September at Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood, California, with Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith producing. Both Bonamassa and Smith were involved in the production of Blood Brothers, the critically-acclaimed album Zito recorded with fellow label guitarist Albert Castiglia.

Filmed at Snake & Jake’s Christmas Club Lounge, in New Orleans, LA., the video for 'The Deep and the Dirty' was directed by Kaylie McCarthy & Lizzie Smith with videography by Kaylie McCarthy and edited by Eric Johanson. About the video Johanson declared, 'On one level 'The Deep And The Dirty' is two references to the American South.

The recording is taken from the documentary film and soundtrack Take Me to the River: New Orleans, which celebrates the rich musical history, the heritage, legacy, and influence of New Orleans and Louisiana music through live sessions with local artists. “Stompin’ Ground” was produced by the film’s director Martin Shore and Eric Krasno.

Greenwich Wine + Food today announced confirmed musical talent, chef participation and additional events that will be part of its 10-year anniversary celebration taking place this October.

The Los Angeles Philharmonic is presenting a summer of jazz, funk, blues, and more at the Hollywood Bowl and The Ford. Upcoming performances include a tribute to Peggy Lee and Frank Sinatra at the Hollywood Bowl (July 27), Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz at The Ford (July 29), and many more.

The film hits theaters in NYC and LA today and will roll out to select cities nationwide during the month of May, list of showings HERE. The soundtrack is available now digitally, with a CD and deluxe vinyl release to come on May 27, 2022. A Take Me To The River: All Stars tour is also set for this May, and select musicians featured in the project will perform at music venues across the country.
