Dr Ranj Singh has joined the producing team for THE P WORD as the Olivier Award-winning play returns to London’s Bush Theatre. Written by Waleed Akhtar, the production explores the lives of two gay Pakistani men in the UK. The limited run will feature the original cast and creative team.

ATG ENTERTAINMENT, BUSH THEATRE, and the producers of SHIFTERS have announced the Shifting the Narrative: Radical Love commissions, inspired by Benedict Lombe’s critically acclaimed play.

Award-winning actor Idris Elba, broadcaster and entrepreneur Maya Jama and Brit Award and Mercury Prize-winning musician and actor Little Simz have been announced as producers for the West End Transfer of Bush Theatre’s production of Shifters.

Casting has been announced for Play On!, a co-production with Talawa Theatre Company, that will open at the Belgrade Theatre 23 September – 5 October, with a national press night on Thursday 26 September, ahead of a UK tour.  

The cast has been announced for the UK premiere of Play On!, the jazz-fuelled, Twelfth Night-inspired musical that will tour the UK from September 2024 – February 2025, including a winter run at Lyric Hammersmith. 

Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman opened last night, starring Wendell Pierce, Sharon D Clarke, and André De Shields, at the Hudson Theatre. Check out photos from the opening night curtain call here!

A special and poignant moment came at the curtain call when Pierce paid tribute to his 97-year-old father, Amos Pierce, who was in the audience with other members of Pierce’s family from his hometown of New Orleans. Check out the video here!

Manchester Hope Mill Theatre’s critically acclaimed production of The Wiz is to be streamed. The musical had to cancel 15 sold-out performances over Christmas due to Covid. The rights holders have now generously agreed to it being filmed and streamed for a strictly limited number of performances to UK-only audiences, and limited to the number of physical seats at the venue.
