Performances begin TOMORROW, Thursday, January 16, 2020 for a limited engagement through Sunday afternoon, February 23, 2020 at The Argyle Theatre (34 West Main Street, Babylon, Long Island).

Performances begin Thursday, January 16, 2020 for a limited engagement through Sunday afternoon, February 23, 2020 at The Argyle Theatre (34 West Main Street, Babylon, Long Island). Opening Night is Saturday evening, January 18, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. Disney's The Little Mermaid is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).

Celebrating its 50th year of storytelling, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is currently being performed at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center. This Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice classic is a biblical reimagining of Joseph and his coat of many colors, following the journey of Israel's favorite son, his trials with his eleven brothers, and the triumps in giving and forgiveness.

The Axelrod Performing Arts Center added an extra show this season-Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat-for beachgoing theatergoers on the Jersey Shore. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's first collaboration, which has had many lives over its fifty years, has been reimagined by director-choreographer Matthew Steffens and musical directorconductor Andrew Sotomayor. "So much of the score is iconic, but we had a tremendous desire to freshen it up, so we have voices and orchestrated the production so this is a one-of-a-kind production just for the Axelrod," says Steffens.

Director Evan Pappas' lavish production of 'The Hunchback Of Notre Dame' is the newest spectacle at The Argyle Theatre at Babylon Village and crowds are flocking to the timeless tale based on the Victor Hugo novel. A youthful troop of multitalented professionals tell the familiar story of the sensitive monster banished from society who charms its way into those with accepting and loving hearts. No not Elphaba from Wicked nor Shrek or The Elephant Man, but Quasimodo, the underdog locked in the cathedral who spends his life dreaming of a better one.

The Nazareth College Department of Theatre and Dance will present their 2018 Acting and Musical Theatre Senior Showcase performance March 15 at the Jerry Orbach Theater.

The Nazareth College Theatre and Dance Department and Theatre League are pleased to present Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown - a musical adaptation of the classic Pedro Almodovar film - as the first show in the department's 2016-2017 production season. The show will run October 14, 15, 21, and 22 at 7:30 p.m.; and October 16 and 23 at 2 p.m., in Studio Theatre A48 at the Nazareth College Arts Center.

The Key Bank Production of A Christmas Carol, Dickens' classic tale of redemption for the most despised man in London, will awaken your heart and rekindle your spirit this holiday season.  This production of A Christmas Carol premiered to great acclaim in 2010 and features a script adapted by Mark Cuddy from Charles Dickens' novella with music and lyrics by Gregg Coffin, composer of Geva favorites, Five Course Love and Convenience.
