The American Theatre Guild, the largest not-for-profit touring Broadway presenter in the nation, unveils its highly anticipated 2022–2023 Season for the Morris Performing Arts Center and part of their 100-year anniversary celebration and awe-inspiring $30 million renovation project. The BROADWAY IN SOUTH BEND SERIES will include the following touring productions: THE BOOK OF MORMON, COME FROM AWAY, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, 9 TO 5: THE MUSICAL, and DEAR EVAN HANSEN.

The Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Shubert Organization have announced the 2022-23 Broadway series with a full lineup of dazzling productions, including Broadway’s newest blockbusters and returning fan favorites, with a combined 56 Tony Awards and 46 Drama Desk Awards. This afternoon, Broadway veteran Joel Hatch has played his final show with the company of the hit musical, Come From Away. A member of the original cast, Joel Hatch has been with the show since it opened on Broadway just over five years ago on March 12th, 2017. He portrayed 'Claude & others' other characters throughout the production. Gene Weygandt will begin performances in the roles on Tuesday, March 22. Gene joins the company directly from the Australia cast of Come From Away.

Shea's Performing Arts Center has announced the M&T Bank 2022-23 Broadway Series and Special Engagements. Shea's Performing Arts Center President Michael G. Murphy and Broadway Partner Producer Albert Nocciolino unveiled the upcoming season today. The season includes thrilling new productions and beloved favorites on Shea's Buffalo stage beginning this September.

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical Come From Away, which just celebrated its 5th year on Broadway, has just announced that original cast member Joel Hatch will depart the production on Sunday, March 20 and Gene Weygandt will begin performances as ‘Claude & others’ on Tuesday, March 22. Gene joins the company from the Australia cast of COME FROM AWAY.

La Jolla Playhouse is presenting its world-premiere production of Bhangin' It: A Bangin' New Musical, featuring book by Mike Lew and Rehana Lew Mirza, music and lyrics by Sam Willmott, with additional music by Grammy Award nominee Deep Singh, running in the Mandell Weiss Theatre through April 17, 2022.
