THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA, THE MUSICAL begins performances this Tuesday, July 19 at the James M. Nederlander Theatre in Chicago. The Pre-Broadway World Premiere production will run for a limited five-week engagement, July 19 - August 21, 2022.

All new rehearsal photos have been released for the pre-Broadway run of The Devil Wears Prada, the Musical, premiereing in Chicago in July. Plus, complete casting has been announced for the Chicago run.

This week, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

Each hour-long episode is captured through the lens of PEOPLE’s renowned journalists, taking viewers to the scene of the crime and revealing shocking twists and surprising new details through exclusive interviews, archival footage and emotional first-hand accounts from survivors. The new season kicks off with back-to-back episodes.

Today, composer Marc Shaiman shared via Facebook post that the first reading of 'SMASH- The Musical' took place on Friday, May 20th. The musical is centered around the hit NBC television show, which has a successful two season run back in 2012. 

On Monday, May 9, Tony Award-winner Debbie Gravitte stormed the Birdland stage with another episode of her series “Plus 1,” with very special guest, songwriter Marc Shaiman. 

Her special guests for May 9 will include NaTasha Yvette Williams (Waitress), Christian Thompson (Ain’t Too Proud), and Hayley Podschun (Wicked), in addition to students from the Manhattan School of Music. Each show has a $40 music charge. Birdland is located at 315 West 44th Street in New York.
