League Of Professional Theatre Women Announces 2020-21 Season

The League of Professional Theatre Women, an organization which has been championing women in the professional theatre for over three decades, announces their 38th season of programming, events, and advocacy along with new officers and board members. All events this season will be presented online via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. 

COCA Celebrates Expansion With ART LEADS THE WAY: A COCA Grand Opening Film

COCA will celebrate its Grand Opening Season on Sunday, October  11, with an immersive and joyful film experience: Art Leads the Way: A Grand Opening Film. Created by  COCA's Artistic Team and filmmaker Marco Williams with Human Picture Productions,  Art Leads the Way: A Grand Opening Film honors COCA's enduring commitment to serve as an inclusive creative hub for St. Louisans. It also serves as an expression of gratitude and a moment of celebration for  the successful completion of the Create our Future Campaign.  

BWW Review: THE DIXIE SWIM CLUB at Curtain Players

In the play,THE DIXIE SWIM CLUB, a group of female swimmers return each year to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for a weekend rendezvous of drinking and playing catch-up on each other's lives. Curtain Players' season-opening production of this five-women play feels much the same way.

ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW and HOCUS POCUS Come To Circle Theatre

Circle Theatre, West Michigan's go-to destination for exceptional theatrical arts in an intimate setting, will partner with Wealthy Theatre to host six nights of movies on the lawn at Circle Theatre. Featured showings will include The Rocky Horror Picture Show on October 1, 2, & 3 and Hocus Pocus sponsored by The Cheryl Grant Real Estate Team on October 8, 9, 10.

Presented 'Drive-In' style, the play will be projected live onto a screen outside the playhouse while the actors perform inside. Please note the special 8:30 p.m. start for all shows.
