WATCHING ROSIE, Starring Miriam Margolyes, To Be Re-Released Online

Due to the success of its first venture, Original Theatre Company's specially commissioned online short play Watching Rosie by Louise Coulthard will be re-released from 12 – 26 November 2020, alongside an accompanying new online play Mrs Goldie vs The World, written and performed by Nicky Goldie (Call the Midwife, The Queens Gambit, Doctors, Coronation Street).

BWW Review: BIRDSONG, Original Theatre Online

The Original Theatre Company commemorate the 104th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme by bringing their adaptation of Sebastian Faulks's Birdsong to the screen. Building on the techniques used to stream during the early stages of lockdown, Birdsong loses none of its power, relevance, or sense of storytelling.

The trailer has been released for the innovative online production of BIRDSONG, adapted and abridged by Rachel Wagstaff from Sebastian Faulks's acclaimed novel. Birdsong will be available from 1 July - the anniversary of the Battle of the Somme - for 72 hours.

World Premiere of ANOTHER MOTHER Will Open at Park Theatre

The world premiere of the anarchic comedy Another Mother, created by Selina Cadell and written by Justine Mitchell, will open at Park Theatre for a strictly limited season from 10 June - 11 July 2020. The production runs in Park200.

HOW LOVE IS SPELT is directed by Charlotte Peters (Associate Director War Horse UK Tour and An Inspector Calls West End) and designed by Georgia de Grey, who was a finalist for the Linbury Prize for Stage Design in 2013 and nominated for an Off-West End award for her set design for Alkaline at the Park Theatre.

WAR HORSE Debuts in Hong Kong; Show Runs Now Thru June 2

WAR HORSE, the unforgettable theatrical event from the National Theatre of Great Britain, producers of the smash-hit production of "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time," made its debut at the Lyric Theatre, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, with a star-studded gala premiere held Saturday, May 11. The gala night audience included invited VIPs, show sponsors, and a host of local celebrities such as Cecil Chao, Gigi Chao, Stephen Chan, Ankie Beilke, Vincci Cheuk, Sabrina Leung, Bianca Wu, Cheung Tat-Ming, Geoff Wong, Cecilia Yip, Rita Carpio, and Tony Cruz.
