Buzz has been building for the Wizard of Oz all season, thanks in part to the fantastic CBC reality show 'Over the Rainbow', which allowed the Canadian public to vote for the young lady they wanted to portray Dorothy. On November 15th, the winners of the Stage Directors and Choreographers' Joseph A. Callaway award were announced at an intimate presentation at the SDC offices, attended by most of the finalists.
