CMT today announced that GRAMMY-winning country group Little Big Town will return to host the “2019 CMT Music Awards” for the second consecutive year. The fan-voted award show airs LIVE from Music City's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, June 5 at 8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT and features country music's biggest stars.

The Academy of Country Music® announced today that Luke Bryan,Old Dominion, Blake Shelton and Keith Urban have been added to the exciting lineup of live performances for the 54TH ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS and will be joined by a star-studded list of presenters including Lauren Alaina, Beth Behrs, Clint Black, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau,Jessie James Decker, Hunter Hayes, Jay Hernandez, Lady Antebellum, Midland, Nancy O'Dell,Danica Patrick, Carly Pearce, Dennis Quaid, Michael Ray, Cole Swindell, and Wilmer Valderrama. The awards telecast, hosted by Reba McEntire, will air LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET / delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.

The Country Music Association has revealed the initial artist lineup for this year's CMA Fest, which features hundreds of Country Music artists performing on multiple stages throughout downtown Nashville Thursday through Sunday, June 6-9. CMA Fest is a one-of-a-kind festival with artists donating their time to perform so a portion of ticket proceeds can directly benefit high-quality music programs across the country through the CMA Foundation. A limited number of four-day passes for the nightly performances at Nissan Stadium are still available at CMAfest.com or through the CMA Box Office at 1-800-CMA-FEST.

Iconic entertainer and sixteen-time ACM Award® winner Reba McEntire will return to host LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET/PT on the CBS Television Network.

The Country Music Association's new international artist-focused touring series, Introducing Nashville, will join the C2C lineup in Berlin and Amsterdam. Lindsay Ell, Lauren Jenkins and Logan Mize will open the first C2C Berlin at the Verti Arena Berlin with a mainstage performance on Saturday, March 2 and follow up with a performance as part of C2C Amsterdam at AFAS Amsterdam on Monday, March 4. Following the stops in Germany and the Netherlands, a second Introducing Nashville lineup will visit multiple cities in Australia, as well as Auckland, New Zealand and Tokyo, Japan. The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum has announced Country music royalty and a fifty-one year member of the Grand Ole Opry, Jeannie Seely will be included in the opening of its first exhibition of 2019, American Currents: The Music of 2018, on Friday, March 8, 2019. The exhibit runs through Feb. 8, 2020.

Rockabilly goddess Kim Lenz has released the new single 'Pine Me' from her new album Slowly Speeding. The track is currently streaming via The Bluegrass Situation. Combining atmospheric production with gothic americana themes, 'Pine Me' is an entrancing distillation of Lenz' approach to songwriting on her upcoming record.Slowly Speeding will be released on February 22nd via Blue Star records.

iHeartMedia and Fox Broadcasting Company (FOX) announced today the nominees for the 2019 iHEARTRADIO MUSIC AWARDS airing Thursday, March 14 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX, live from Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The stars of country music gathered for the 56 th annual American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) Country Music Awards on Monday, November 12, at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown Nashville. The writers and publishers of country music's most-performed songs of the past year were honored before an invitation-only audience of notable Nashville songwriters, top country artists and music industry leaders.

Eric Church has just been added as a performer on “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards,” broadcasting live from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on the ABC Television Network. Church is a 25-time CMA Awards nominee and three-time winner, having won Album of the Year in both 2012 and 2016 as well as Musical Event of the Year in 2015. Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood return for the 11th consecutive year to host the CMA Awards.
