Audiences will relive one of the most magical nights in rock and roll history when Bucks County Playhouse presents the Tony Award-winning musical "Million Dollar Quartet." Directed by original Broadway cast member Hunter Foster, the high voltage rock 'n roll musical, with book by Colin Escott and Floyd Mutrux, is inspired by the true story of a famed recording session that brought together four music icons for an infamous all-night jam session. "Million Dollar Quartet" previews August 10 with an official opening night performance on Saturday, August 11 at 7:30 pm with performances through September 15. The 2018 Bucks County Playhouse Season is sponsored by Bank of America.

When you combine the likes of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash into one recording session, you never know what you're going to get, but you know its going to be spectacular.

Closing out the Weston 2018 Main Stage season is the Broadway hit Million Dollar Quartet, a rock and roll sensation brought to life, running August 9-September 2.

In 1956 Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, and Carl Perkins spent one evening jamming together at Sun Studios. The group was referred to as the 'Million Dollar Quartet' and the recording became famous. Years later a musical was made to commemorate that famous night and the show is on stage now at Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre.

Irving Berlin's White Christmas - The Musical, the iconic holiday favorite, Million Dollar Quartet, hailing Elvis, Johnny Cash and other recording icons, and The Pajama Game, the Tony Award classic musical, are among the 2019 Season show favorites announced by Linda Fortunato, artistic director at Theatre at the Center (TATC), the only professional theater company in Northwest Indiana.

Million Dollar Quartet, the Tony award-winning Broadway musical, tells the story of the afternoon that Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins recorded some of the most iconic rock 'n' roll songs of all time. You will be transported to Memphis, Tennessee on December 4, 1956, where music was changed forever.

getTV invites music fans of all ages to spend Sunday evenings this summer with one of the best-selling recording artists of all time, having sold more than 90 million records worldwide, Mr. Johnny Cash.  Known as “The Man in Black,” his TV series, which debuted in 1969 and ran for two seasons, featured high profile guest stars representing every style of popular music of the day. This summer, getTV will air episodes of “The Johnny Cash Show,” which haven't been shown on TV in decades, beginning July 8 at 10PM ET/9C.

American Blues Theater announces encore performance run of BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story, written by Alan Janes, directed by Lili-Anne Brown, with musical direction by Ensemble Member Michael Mahler. BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story will reopen June 29 - September 15, 2018 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Tickets are on sale now.

It's hot down here in Valdosta! And that's not just the heat from the Georgia sun in June we're feeling. It's the heat emanating from the Peach State Summer Theatre's production of Million Dollar Quartet. The musical revue, playing this summer in repertory with Disney's Newsies and Hello, Dolly!, recreates the legendary jam session at Sun Records, a session that marks the only time that rock and roll giants Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Johnny Cash were ever assembled in the same room. The tuner is little moas re than an excuse to play a catalogue of some of the most popular rock and roll songs of all time, but when music sounds as good as it does here, that's alright. That's alright!

When Rock n' Roll burst onto the scene in the late 1950s, it brought with it a veritable revolution in American popular music. Seen by some as 'the Devil's music,' by others as a passing fad, this vibrant, electric sound proved itself a lasting phenomenon. So perhaps it is fitting that more than sixty years later a musical celebrating four of the greatest legends of early rock should open Maine State Music Theatre's 60th anniversary season. And what an opening this is! Million Dollar Quartet explodes onto the Pickard stage with the energy of a mega concert and the intensity of a high-stakes drama. It is a tale that is at once about the music itself and the men who made it, about dreams and determination, about stumbling and success. In a dazzling production directed by Hunter Foster, MSMT scores the perfect kickoff to its own milestone season.

Broadway By the Bay continues their 2018 season with the rockin' Broadway smash, Million Dollar Quartet.
