The Weeklings To Release New LP 3

On Friday, December 13th Milk & Honey Management curated a sold-out show at Bluebird Cafe to benefit Musicians On Call, who are celebrating their 20th Anniversary.  The show featured performances by David Hodges, Emerson Hart and Lee Thomas Miller and concluded with Hodges being presented with a platinum RIAA certification plaque to mark sales for Kelsea Ballerini's a?oeMiss Me More,a?? the  #1 song that he co-wrote with Ballerini.

GRAMMY® Award-winning artists Gary Clark Jr., Foo Fighters, H.E.R., John Legend, and John Mayer, past GRAMMY Award nominee Alice Cooper and current GRAMMY Award nominees Jonas Brothers, Emily King, and Yola join the performance lineup at the 2020 MusiCares® Person of the Year tribute concert honoring Aerosmith on Jan. 24. The hits of Gary U.S. Bonds were and still remain an irresistible invitation to an instant party!. On Monday night the Legendary Friars Club's dining room turned into a huge party. Among the party goers were  Rock N Roll royalty Steven Van Zandt and his beautiful wife Maureen.  On stage Gary was accompanied by guitarist Mark Leimbach and on vocals, “Big Mama” Laurie Anderson and daughter Laurie Anderson Tobias.  Through out the evening his biographer Stephen Cooper guided  Gary down memory lane.

The iconoclastic British singer Barb Jungr returns to New York for the US premiere of 'Bob, Brel and Me,' her latest live-show-and-recording project, in an exclusive two-night engagement at Joe's Pub in February. Jungr performs songs from her new album, which released in the UK in September to sterling reviews, on Friday and Saturday February 14 & 15, both at 7pm. With Mark Hartman on piano, this is Jungr's first Joe's Pub appearance since July 2018. She began appearing at the club in 2003.

Bernie Williams, Latin Grammy-nominated jazz musician and former New York Yankees World Series Champ, returns to Café Carlyle, April 21-25. Bernie Williams, the New York Yankees center fielder for 16 years, is best known for his long and storied career in pinstripes - a career that includes four World Series championships, five appearances on the American League All-Star Team, four Gold Glove Awards and the 1996 American League Championship Series Most Valuable Player Award. Since he's hung up his cleats, he's had time to devote to his other great passion in life - jazz guitar. Now that he's out of the game, he's getting back to his musical roots. His return engagement at Café Carlyle, as part of the Bernie Williams Collective, will include an eclectic mix of Latin rhythms, smooth jazz, blues and standards. The Bernie Williams Collective is comprised of Bernie Williams (guitar), Don Harris (trumpet; music director), Joel Rosenblatt (drums), Dave Anderson (bass guitar), Erik Piza (percussion) and Clifford Carter (piano; keyboard).
