Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati (ETC) kicks off the new year with the regional premiere drama Queen by award-winning playwright Madhuri Shekar. A new play that’s created quite a buzz, Queen is a provocative portrayal of brilliant women confronting inconvenient truths.

Award-winning American playwright Anna Ziegler's characters will come to life in the thought-provoking production of ACTUALLY in the Rosenthal Shelterhouse Theatre from March 21 through April 26, with opening night on March 26. This provocative new play finds its finger on the pulse of a generation that's grappling with the deep complexities of gender, race and consent and will inspire audiences to discuss these themes for days to come.

Go back in time to see a Greek version of the minotaur in the labryinth joined by Icacurus and a chorus of fates in the play Heavier Than ... by Stephen Yockey at the Know Theatre.

Recommended for ages 7 and up, HIGH SCHOOL ALIEN will tour to Tristate community venues from tonight, Sept. 26 through Oct. 30.

Recommended for ages 11 and up, THEORY OF MIND will tour to community venues throughout the Tristate from tonight, Jan. 23 through Feb. 22. It will also be performed at Music Hall on Sunday, March 8, as part of Macy's Arts Sampler.

Queen City Flash, a new Flash Mob-style theater company, debuts with THE COMPLETE TOM: 1. ADVENTURES, based on the works of Mark Twain and adapted by Trey Tatum, Aug. 20 through 28, 2014. Directed by Cincinnati Art Ambassador Fellow Bridget Leak, this production is funded by the City of Cincinnati.
