A new magical experience, Legerdemain, is  playing in New York City for a strictly limited engagement from August 3 - 13 in the East Village (150 First Ave).

GHOSTLIGHT RECORDS and ATLANTIC RECORDS have announced the release of 13 The Musical – Soundtrack from the Netflix Film in digital and streaming platforms on Friday, August 12.

A new cast has been announced for  BACK TO THE FUTURE The Musical from 17 August 2022, as the show goes into its second year at the Adelphi Theatre in London's West End, currently booking to 12 February 2023.

On July 10, Broadway says goodbye to three Tony-nominated productions. Plaza Suite will conclude its run at the Hudson Theatre following 35 previews and 110 regular performances; American Buffalo wraps up at the Circle in the Square Theatre following 27 previews and 101 regular performances; and Macbeth finishes it's run at the Longacre Theatre after 19 previews and 80 regular performances.

Despite the minor tweaks and modern aspects of the production, this is still the same classic musical that is suitable and enjoyable for the entire family. If you want to make the experience more unique and try that old acting bug, you can purchase table seats and learn how to Waltz with Max, Liesl, and the rest of the von Trapp children.

The summer theatre season has officially arrived with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Outdoor Stage production of William Shakespeare’s 'Much Ado About Nothing.'

General Director Shawna Lucey has announced Opera San José’s 2022-23 Resident Company, a cohort of brilliant opera talent who will be featured in this season’s four California Theatre mainstage productions.

Festival of Cinema NYC will return for its 6th year, as a live in-person 10-day event, August 5 - August 14. Taking place at the Regal UA Midway theater in Forest Hills, Queens, FOC NYC will showcase 124 independent films from more than 25 countries, with over 90 anticipated filmmakers to be in attendance.

Phoenix Chorale has been selected by the prestigious VOCES8 Foundation to appear as part of its LIVE From London Festival, running July 23rd into September. Beginning August 13, LIVE From London will broadcast the Grammy-winning Phoenix Chorale's concert-for-film, UNCLOUDED DAY.
