Lorin Latarro will direct an industry presentation of the dark comedy, ALIVE! The Zombie Musical on September 28. Leading the show are Betsy Wolfe (Waitress), Ben Fankhauser (Newsies), Lauren Zakrin (Great Comet), and Hunter Ryan Herdlicka (A Little Night Music).
On Saturday, September 8, Prospect Theatre mounted a concert production of Peter Mills and Cara Reichel's new original musical The Flood. In the summer of 1993, the town of Valmeyer, Illinois was devastated when the levees broke and the Mississippi river overtook the town. The Flood fictionalizes this tale, resetting it in the town of Meyerville where a host of characters bring heart to the moving tale.
Casting has been announced for THE FLOOD, an original musical inspired by the historic 1993 Mississippi River Floods. This one night only special concert presentation will take place at TheTimesCenter (242 West 41st Street) on Saturday, September 8 at 8pm. Produced by the Prospect Theater Company, THE FLOOD kicks off their 2018-2019 season and this IGNITE series concert is presented in partnership with Greymatters Productions.
Feinstein's/54 Below will present Raise A Glass: The Music and Lyrics of Drew Gasparini on Thursday, October 4th at 9:30pm. The cast will feature 2018 Tony nominee Ethan Slater (SpongeBob SquarePants), Kathryn Gallagher (Jagged Little Pill), Drew Gehling (Waitress, Dave), Gizel Jimenez (Avenue Q, Miss You Like Hell), Ben Fankhauser (Newsies), and Andrew Kober (Twelfth Night), among others.

Last night, sixteen Broadway stars were featured in Broadway Sings Kelly Clarkson, the latest concert in the Broadway Sings concert series. Broadway luminaries and Riverdale's most talented performers will join forces for a Gala concert production of the classic musical comedy GUYS AND DOLLS, Frank Loesser's immortal musical fable of Broadway. The one-night only gala event will be held at the Riverdale YM-YWHA on Sunday, June 17, 2018, and will begin at 4:00pm. The performance and honoree ceremony will be preceded by a cocktail hour and entertainment by the award-winning Riverdale Rising Stars youth theatre company.
