The series will focus on the real-life story of Miep Gies, who played a critical role in hiding Anne Frank and her family.

Starring and executive produced by Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, directed by Mimi Leder and produced by the studio Media Res, Hello Sunshine and Echo Films, season three of the broadly acclaimed drama will be showrun and executive produced by Charlotte Stoudt (“Fosse/Verdon,” “Homeland,” “House of Cards”).

Velez is know for his work as a stand up comedian and on shows such as MASTER OF NONE. The film will be based on Davidson's life, including losing his firefighter father on 9/11. This will be Apatow's first film since Trainwreck. The cast also includes Marisa Tomei, Bill Burr, Maude Apatow and Bel Powley.
