The shortlists for Documentary Feature, Documentary Short Subject, International Feature Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Score, Original Song, Animated Short Film, Live Action Short Film, Sound and Visual Effects have been announced. Candidates include Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jennifer Hudson, Carole King, Dear Evan Hansen, Idina Menzel, and more.

REDCAT Announces Winter/Spring 2022 Season

Ringing in a hopeful 2022, Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater, CalArts' downtown center for contemporary arts, will kick off a full year of live performance and art. Through performances, screenings, and exhibitions, REDCAT will once again welcome in-person audiences—as well as online audiences around the world—from January through June 2022. 

Passim Awards $40,000 In 2021 Iguana Music Fund Grants

Passim has awarded $40,000 to 23 musicians through its Iguana Music Fund. The Iguana Music Fund provides these grants annually to musicians for career building projects and for projects that provide community service through music.

DICKINSON Series Finale to Air December 24

In the new episode, Emily asks Betty to help her design a new dress, and the Dickinson family is surprised by an unexpected guest, who has come to meet their extraordinary daughter. The series stars Hailee Steinfeld, Toby Huss, Adrian Blake Enscoe, Anna Baryshnikov, Ella Hunt, Amanda Warren, Chinaza Uche and Jane Krakowski.

The Wooster Group's THE MOTHER to Play Return Engagement February 2022

 Following a sold-out run this fall, The Wooster Group’s new production of Bertolt Brecht’s The Mother, directed by Elizabeth LeCompte, will return to New York for a special limited engagement. Performances will run February 18 to March 12, 2022, at The Performing Garage (33 Wooster Street).

YI Love Jewish To Present THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JERRY
