Earlier today, Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart announced the nominations for the 2020 Tony Awards, which included work from eighteen eligible shows- all of which opened before Broadway shutdown on March 12. Though final eligibility determinations have not yet been announced, word from industry insiders is that the cutoff will be February 19, 2020- meaning that two shows that opened before the Broadway shutdown will not be considered for nominations- Girl From the North Country and West Side Story. 12-time Emmy Award® winner and Tony Award® recipient Rosie O'Donnell and actor/Producer Erich Bergen have announced that the star-studded one-night-only return of the 25-time Emmy Award-winning 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show,' raised over $600,000 in support of The Actors Fund in order to help in this time of crisis.

BroadwayWorld previously reported that the 12-time Emmy Award winner and Tony Award recipient Rosie O'Donnell and actor/producer Erich Bergen have announced the one-night-only return of the legendary, 25-time Emmy Award winning 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show' to air on YouTube. Patti LuPone has joined the star-studded roster for the one-night-only return of the 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show' which will be livestreamed on YouTube.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Matthew Lopez's The Inheritance, directed by Stephen Daldry, was set to conclude its Broadway run today, March 15, after 46 previews and 138 regular performances. Instead, the show's run ended a few days early, due to Broadway's COVID-19 shut-down.
