Emerging Artists Theatre has announced the return of their biannual New Work Series which runs October 4 - 24, 2021 at TADA Theater in the Flatiron District.

The reviews are in and THE EXES is making New York City audiences laugh!

THE EXES, a new 'bromantic' comedy written by award-winning author Lenore Skomal and directed by Magda S. Nyiri will begin previews on Thursday, August 7th and run through Saturday, October 5th, Off-Broadway at Theatre Row.

'David Dean Bottrell Makes Love: A One Man Show' (which played to sold-out houses for 18 months in Los Angeles and did so again during its 3-show workshop at New York's Dixon Place in March, 2019) will return to Dixon Place for three additional performances (Saturday, July 13 at 7:30 pm, Saturday, July 20th at 9:30 PM and Saturday, July 27th at 9:30 PM) . The show is directed by Guy Stroman and produced by Alison Preece.

The Poet Acts announced today that Alison Preece, NYC-based actress and producer, will join the company as Producing Director, effective immediately.

The Exes by Lenore Skomal returns to the spotlight in Summer 2018 with its Off-Broadway premiere after a very successful industry reading in Fall 2017.

Presented in conjunction with FRIGID New York @ Horse Trade and New York Madness, CommonWealth will have a reading on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 8pm at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery), directed by Michele O'Brien. Produced by Alison Preece.
