THE PRINCE OF EGYPT, the brand-new stage musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell), a book by Philip LaZebnik (Mulan, Pocahontas) and based on the celebrated DreamWorks Animation film, today announces the full cast for its London premiere production.

TimeLine Theatre, furthering its mission of presenting stories that explore today's social and political issues through the lens of the past, will resurrect this Fall a groundbreaking feminist play from the early 20th century, Rutherford and Son by Githa Sowerby.

The music, the story...all of the classic elements that make up one of the most beloved musicals of all-time: WEST SIDE STORY.  MusicalFare's production will be re-imagined for its intimate space, enabling audiences to experience the show as if seeing it for the very first time.  This WEST SIDE STORY will return it to its core as a young, desperate love story with its heart based in the streets.

Beyoncé, who has sold over 100 million records worldwide, will be celebrated in story and song at Feinstein's/54 Below on Sunday, August 25th, 2019, at 7:00pm and 9:30pm in a concert directed by Robert W. Schneider and co-produced by Mr. Schneider and Benjamin Nissen.

After 21 sold-out shows and the META Award for Outstanding Community Theatre Production, the Cote Saint-Luc Dramatic Society (CSLDS) is bringing back its crowd-pleasing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for a limited run, this time at The Segal Centre. Charis Ioannou's latest quartet line-up consists of two horns, a bass and drums. This chord-less line-up will present jazz standards from the American songbook, with the well-known musicians of the Cypriot jazz scene, Charis Ioannou (saxophones), Konstantinos Efraimidis (saxophone & clarinet), Greg Makamian (double bass) and Marios Spyrou (drums), at Technopolis 20 garden, on Thursday, 29th of August 2019, at 8:30pm.

A limited run of HAMLET 90, adapted from the original play by William Shakespeare and directed by Sheila Bandyopadhyay will play at The Brick Theater at 579 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn as part of The Brick's Shakespeare in the Theater festival. Performances will be Tuesday August 13, Wednesday August 14 and Friday August 16, 2019 at 7pm. Tickets ($20 General Admission) are available for advanced purchase at www.bricktheater.com. The performance will run 90 minutes with no intermission.

NIGHT OF LIFE benefiting The Trevor Project taking place on Monday, August 26th is now only weeks away. This explosive evening will include performances by artists all throughout the community.

Four students from New York City public schools have been awarded scholarships to attend Buck's Rock Performing and Creative Arts Camp for one month this summer. The scholarship recipients are Alexia Stewart, Fordham High School for the Arts; Isabel Paulino, The High School of Art and Design; Adonai Fletcher-Jones, Talent Unlimited High School; and KyMoy Phillip, Brooklyn High School of the Arts.
