An all new video has been released from inside rehearsal for the upcoming production Anyone Can Whistle! A political satire about conformity and the ostracisation of those considered ‘other’ in society, ‘Anyone Can Whistle’, directed by Georgie Rankcom, will play Southwark Playhouse, 1 April - 7 May, 2022.

The Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry and the UConn Puppet Arts Program will present an online version of its popular UConn Fall Puppet Slam on Oct. 22, 2021 at 8 p.m. ET on the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry Facebook Live.

Brand-new musical comedy Bluff, written exclusively for radio by Matt Cavendish and Ed Zanders is available to download on Monday 18 October, following a full studio recording with West End cast and musicians at Masterchord Studios London. The full radio-play, complete with foley sound effects, is designed to take the listener on a vivid journey through a larger-than-life world, accompanied by a live studio orchestra.

The production is led by Gina Beck (Matilda, Show Boat, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera) as Nellie*, Julian Ovenden (Bridgerton, Downton Abbey, Merrily We Roll Along, Grand Hotel, BBC Proms) as Emile, Joanna Ampil (Cats, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon) as Bloody Mary, Keir Charles (Quiz, Back To Life) as Luther Billis and Rob Houchen (Les Misérables, The Light in the Piazza) as Cable. 

Following the news that Gina Beck is pregnant, Chichester Festival Theatre has announced that in the forthcoming production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's South Pacific, she will rehearse and open the role of Nellie Forbush as planned with performances from 5 July and a press night on 13 July. From 5 August, Alex Young will share the role of Nellie and take over full-time from 23 August for the remainder of the run.

Bluff is a madcap romp through a surreal universe in which everyone lies about everything all of the time. Everyone that is apart from Alec who has been raised 'honest'. As he desperately tries to navigate what is real and what is not, It becomes clear that he must come to terms with his own dark secret, as the world starts to unravel around him.
