The Play That Goes Wrong, announced today that the Tony Award-winning production has extended its run past its previously announced closing date Sunday, August 26. The show is now on sale until Sunday, January 6, 2019. Tickets will be available starting Friday, July 13 at noon.

Joining the previously announced Christiani Pitts, (A Bronx Tale) as Ann Darrow, and Eric William Morris (Mamma Mia!) as Carl Denham, will be Erik Lochtefeld (Misery, Metamorphoses) as Lumpy.

The producers of Broadway's longest running comedy, The Play That Goes Wrong, announced today that the Tony Award-winning production will close on Sunday, August 26, 2018 prior to the launch of the National Tour opening in Pittsburgh, PA in September. Additional tour cities, dates, and casting will be announced at a later date.

A staged reading took place in August 2015 at Guild Hall in East Hampton, NY, and a table reading was held in September 2017 at Syracuse University Fisher Center in New York City.

Naturally…their attempt to master the sport of curling all went wrong at The Lefrak Center at Lakeside in Bryant Park, Brooklyn despite expert instruction from CurlNYC coach Dean Roth.
