Virginia Stage Company has announced their 41st season, spanning from September 2019 - June 2020: The Family You Choose. Ford's Theatre Director Paul R. Tetreault today announced the upcoming 2019-2020 theatrical season will include August Wilson's Fences, directed by Timothy Douglas and starring Craig Wallace and Erika Rose; Silent Sky, an inspiring drama about trail-blazing female astronomers, directed by Seema Sueko; the classic musical comedy Guys and Dolls, directed by Peter Flynn; and A Christmas Carol featuring Craig Wallace reprising the role of Ebenezer Scrooge.

Set in New York City in the 1940s, Guys and Dolls is about some big city gamblers and the women who love them. The Tony award winner for Best Musical tells the overlapping stories of the lovable rapscallion, Nathan Detroit (Paul Grant), engaged for 14 years to Miss Adelaide (Se Layne), a headliner at the Hot Box Club and that of high-roller Sky Masterson (Nicholas Sloan), who falls in love with mission worker Sarah Brown (Jamie Leigh Walker).
