NIGHT OF JANUARY 16TH is a three-act courtroom drama by Ayn Rand, set in 1933. Director Pamela Amodio helps bring out the best in this phenomenal ensemble cast who all appear to be greatly enjoying their roles! The case involves a young woman named Karen Andre who is standing trial, being accused of the alleged murder of her former lover and boss, Bjorn Faulkner.

Stephanie Rothenberg leads the cast of Roman Holiday as Princess Anne-a radiant young woman in Rome on a widely publicized European tour who sneaks away from her royal duties to explore the city. Rothenberg recently made her Broadway debut stepping into the role of Rosemary in the Tony-nominated revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Edward Watts plays Joe Bradley-a handsome, crafty American newspaper reporter who charms the princess. Watts most recently appeared in the long-running production of The Fantasticks in New York City. The Guthrie Theater today announced complete casting for the sparkling new musical Roman Holiday. This song-filled delight-based on the iconic 1953 Paramount Pictures film starring Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck-includes timeless music and lyrics by Cole Porter and a book by Paul Blake. The production will play from June 9 - August 19 on the McGuire Proscenium Stage and features soul-stirring Porter standards like "Easy to Love," "Just One of Those Things" and "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye." Guthrie Associate Artistic Director John Miller-Stephany (1776, God of Carnage and A Streetcar Named Desire) will direct.

COME FLY AWAY will conclude its Broadway run on Sunday, September 5 at the Marquis Theatre (1535 Broadway at 46th Street) after 26 previews and 187 regular performances. Conceived, choreographed, and directed by Tony Award-winner Twyla Tharp and featuring vocals by Frank Sinatra, COME FLY AWAY will launch a national tour in May, 2011 in Chicago. More details on this extensive, multi-city national tour will be announced at a later date.
